Refund & Returns
At CLV Auto Spares, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please read through our policy to understand your options.
1. Returns Eligibility
1.1. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all labels, manuals, and accessories. Products that show signs of wear, installation, or modification cannot be returned.
1.2. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or special-order parts, electronic components, and clearance items. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
2. Return Process
2.1. Contact Us First: Before returning any items, please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if the item is faulty or damaged.
2.2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your product. Do not send items back without an RA number, as this may delay the processing of your return.
2.3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and include a copy of your RA number and original invoice in the package.
3. Refunds
3.1. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and whether your refund has been approved.
3.2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3.3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts that are not due to our error). The exact amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3.4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
4.2. Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible.
5. Cancellations
5.1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return once you receive the product.
