This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from our website. 1. Delivery Timeframes

1.1. Standard Delivery: Standard delivery times range between 3-7 business days for local deliveries within South Africa, depending on your location and the availability of the ordered items.

1.2. Expedited Delivery: We offer expedited delivery options for certain locations, with delivery within 1-3 business days. Additional charges may apply.

1.3. International Deliveries: We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within South Africa only.

1.4. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

2.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

2.2. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value. The applicable value for free shipping will be displayed on our website and is subject to change.

2.3. Additional Fees: For remote or outlying areas, there may be additional delivery fees. If applicable, you will be notified of these fees before your order is shipped.


3. Delivery Tracking

3.1. Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery status online.

3.2. Tracking Updates: You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

3.3. Delivery Notifications: You will receive notifications via email or SMS when your order is dispatched, out for delivery, and when it has been successfully delivered.


4. Delivery Address

4.1. Correct Address Information: Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

4.2. Change of Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

4.3. Delivery to P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.


5. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

5.1. Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the item will be returned to us.

5.2. Redelivery: In cases of failed delivery due to reasons not attributable to us or our courier partner, redelivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

5.3. Order Cancellation After Failed Delivery: If the order is not successfully delivered and returned to us, and you choose to cancel the order instead of redelivery, a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping costs and any return fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

6.1. Damaged Goods: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately. If you notice damage after accepting the delivery, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours to file a claim.

6.2. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and cannot be located via the tracking number provided, we will conduct an investigation with our courier partner. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

6.3. Reporting Issues: For any issues related to damaged or lost deliveries, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the issue.


7. Signature Requirement

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders of high value. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please ensure that a responsible person is present to receive and sign for the package on your behalf.
